Today I talked to a girl shopping for a laptop.

She was literally my perfect customer. Everything I said to her related to her in some ways, from how I use my computer, what I do with it, and what my hobbies are outside of work. Granted, we got sidetracked halfway through the conversation, but it was overall good. 

It's rare to get customers who you build rapport with easily.
