Today I met an office manager.

She works for Hawaii Independent Physicians Association. She seemed rather young and didn't know that much about computers. We talked it out and she ended up buying. It wasn't a particularly long conversation but I had her try a couple of different computers. I appreciated that she was very open about her lack of computer knowledge. 

Pride is is a strange thing on people sometimes, so the lack of it can be refreshing.
